Return & Refund Policy Thank you for choosing Gzen Soy Candles. We take great pride in our hand-poured products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 1. Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unlit), in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, used or lit candles cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. 2. Damaged or Defective Items While we pack our candles with the utmost care, glass can be fragile. If your order arrives damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund. 3. Return Shipping Costs Change of mind: If you wish to return a candle because you changed your mind or didn't prefer the scent, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Incorrect/Damaged item: If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will cover all shipping expenses. 4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Custom/Personalized orders (e.g., candles with custom labels). Items on Sale or purchased during a clearance event. 5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
